Fantastic customer service and rapid delivery. Sadly I haven't been very impressed with the vape that I bought as it is already causing me problems with leaking and inconsistent performance. Not Puffin Clouds' fault though.

I've been vaping for years but hadn't come across Puffin Clouds until I searched for a new source of Purity e-liquids. They stock the complete range, cheaper than anywhere else, and my order was delivered promptly and well packaged. I'll be back for more as they now seem to have expanded their range. Highly recommended.

We had problems with Royal Mail on first delivery but these guys have gone way above and beyond to correct it after giving Royal Mail more than enough time to deliver.
Asked for a few samples to try with replacement order and they went completely out of there way to help with this as a way of an apology even though it’s Royal Mail that let us both down.
Do not hesitate to order from these guys, also if you need any help ring them and speak to Ryan, top gentleman who cannot do enough to help you.
Top company and top top people which is rare in this day and age !!!!!!!!
