Title says it all, filter warning popped up and I was aghast at the very high prices these things cost. I did some digging, and found this site. After purchase, it arrived relatively quickly and I installed it with no issues. Will be returning here should I need any more in the future

The filters fit the refrigerator perfectly and they came in great condition. They took the longest route to get here, though. When I felt I should have had them, I checked the tracking. They went from Tampa to Orlando to Tampa to Ybor then somewhere else to here. Whew!

The price and value is the best in the internet, better pricing than Walmart and Amazon. At first they seemed not to fit, however, after reaching out to their customer service, I was assured they would fit and after a little persuasion, they did fit. Now, we have supplies for at least 9 months at a very reasonable price.

My first order of Samsung filters was from Samsung and it was a disaster, so this time around I chose Redstart. Very easy to order and unlike Samsung, I received the correct products at a better price! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

What can I possibly say about this fridge filter - it may just be my most treasured possession and one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever owned. I’m so glad I got 5 email reminders to review this product…it’s taken me a long time to finally find the right words…I actually found it difficult to put it in the fridge when I opened the box and not just put it on display on my mantelpiece as a piece of glorious art work. I have updated my will to request that this item that I hold oh so dear to my heart be buried with me when I’m finally laid to rest and I will violently haunt my next of kin if they don’t adhere to this request

This is the first time I've purchased this filter as we just bought a house with a Kenmore refrigerator. The first filter we had to throw away because the taste was so horrible. We put in the second one and it has worked just fine. So I'm not sure what the difference between the two is but I'm not happy with buying one and throwing away one.

I got the product as promised at a great price, but getting it was suspect. It was mailed from Tampa FL into a drop box at about 4 am and was giving a incorrect label. I was given a tracking number and after two weeks of waiting, I began the tracking process. The USPS does have a system that works and I finally got my product. I just wonder if this was an error or on purpose, or the Tampa postal service (Google it). If a product cannot be delivered, it is returned to sender. What if I never followed up?
