Samsung DA97-17376B HAF-QIN/EXP DA97-08006C Refrigerator Water Filter
I correctly ordered the DA97-17376B (HAF-QIN/EXP) water filter for my Samsung appliance. What I received was not correct. The item sent was 1/2 inch too long and the model number was not correct. Of course I contacted Red Stag and they immediately shipped the correct filter which I received within 2 days. Here's the thing - I purchased from Red Stag before and based on the cost I was a return customer. In this case let's say $25.00 each of 4 or $100.00. I was told, don't return the wrong ones, just throw them out - it's not worth it to us (Red Stag) to have to pay return shipping and restocking of the incorrect product! I paid $100.00 and I should just throw them out!!!! Guess that's just how it is.
But being an old school kind of guy, I still have them.
Red Stag gets 5 stars for doing the right thing for me and I'll buy from them again without hesitation. They have the best price around, I just can't throw out those perfectly good filters.
