We ordered three filters and opened one filter and could not get it to snap in. We had been using clear choice filters over the last few years which do not have a plastic center piece… So we were taking the new filter’s center plastic piece off to try to put it in place.
We Emailed customer service and they really know their product and told us what we needed to do and the filters work. Not only did we save a lot of money by ordering through this company but the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Red Stag Supplies‼️..

Good News: Last order accepted offer to buy three filters to save some money.
Not good news: One of the filters did not work properly and I had to recycle it.
Present purchase: I managed to install the filter with some difficulty, nervousness.
Overall Satisfaction after getting the filter working.
