Your supply of filters were in inventory. I ordered them. You shipped them immediately at no extra cost and I received them within 3 days. What more could I ask for in a vendor. Thank you for the excellent service.

Well, I'm hoping that I can update this review in 6 months and give a 5 star review. Changing out my expired cartridge with the new one I purchased through Red Stag Supplies was simple. It was the exact design of the original Fridgedaire water filter that was being replaced.
However, when I tried to push in to release the new cartridge to check for any leaks, the cartridge would not budge! Even my husband tried with all his strength to push it in but with no success. It is completely locked in the holder. We are hoping that in 6 months when it comes time to change out the filter that it will be ready to be released! Otherwise, I have two more filters that will be worthless if I can't use them. Plus, I'll be spending more money to have a serviceman come out to merely change a water filter. If there's a trick to changing these filters other than pushing in to release them, please advise me. Thank you.

It is impossible to review a refrigerator water filter in just a few days. In fact, my old filter is still in the fridge.

My first order, both filters were defective. I replied to the inquiry on how things went and they were replaced quite sufficiently. The replacement filters worked. Thank you very much for your prompt attention.
