The last order I received from you on December 5, 2024, the tips on each water filter for a Frigidaire Pure source Ultra were broken. Hopefully, these will be in good standing. I could not use them this is why I am having to purchase new filters.

Samsung Refrigerator Water Filter HAF-QIN/EXP, DA97-17376B, DA97-08006C (3 Pack)
I bought a bundle of 3, and in the process learned an important lesson, after the first one seemed to be faulty. We didn’t see a defect, but even after reseating it 3 times, it continued to leak. Always grab more than one! Swapped it out for a different one, and no leaks.

Amway Home SA8 Powder Laundry Detergent
I've used Amway SA 8 for over 20 years. Would use no other laundry detergent. One person said "How do you get your laundry SO white?" Amway SA 8 was my answer, now she is a user as well!! Thank you!

Kenmore 46-9990 Refrigerator Water Filter, 1-Pack | 795 Series
I feel that your product was first class and will work fine when installed BUT I would have gladly paid more for it to shipped in something other than a thin plastic bag.
The filters exposed connectors ( even though inside a factory box ) were mashed during shipping and hopefully were not cracked - time will tell.
Please add an option for addition packing costs which include a box and some kind of cushioning.
Thanks
