LG LT600P Refrigerator Water Filter 5231JA2006 46-9990 F832
I gave only a two star rating because I'm not sure they are genuine. I purchased two of these because they were very inexpensive but advertised as genuine GE MWF filters. I'm not sure if they are genuine or not. The label looks a little sketchy - slightly different ink color and cheaper-looking than the label on filter I replaced. But the real issue is that the arrow to align to the insertion point in the refrigerator does not line up. I was having trouble installing it and compared it to the filter I was replacing. Sure enough the arrow was not properly aligned. Ok, could have been they put the label on wrong. Uh, I don't think so. I checked the second filter I purchased at the same time and it was incorrect as well. I guess it's easy to make fakes these days, and how do we even know? Hopefully they will properly filter, but how will I really know anyway without getting my water tested. Frustrating.

I am a repeat Red Stag customer. My only complaint on this order was how long it took for the USPS to deliver it. Shipping was free but took entirely too long.
My online order was placed on 3/6/25. Red Stag sent an email on 3/10/25 that my order was on the way. Finally I received an email on 3/18/25 that it was delivered to my home. Red Stag is an excellent online vendor for genuine Frigidaire filter products but taking 8 shipping days from Kentucky to SE Louisiana is too long!
