Finally received the correct product. I had ordered these in the past from other vendors and always received the wrong product. Delivery was a little slow but acceptable, especially since it was free. Now I know who to go to for future purchases.

This was a great transaction as it arrived quickly and at a deep discount to other stores. Would definitely use again.

Basically a positive experience. Ordered two filters for my relatively older Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator and they fit. They were packaged very well and so far so good. No idea if it is working or not since I cannot reset the filter light on the refrigerator; hopefully that could be just due to age. It seemed to take a while to get here but I am just too used to the shipment times of other online retailers.

Easy to find the filter I needed, and it was a lower price than the manufacturer's 20% discount. It arrived in good condition in just four days. I will be back.

Have to be honest I ordered my product then read the reviews online. At that point in time I got a little worried but had already ordered my product. The reviews were wrong Delivered as promised on time and in a timely matter. My product was $10 cheaper then Best Buy and or Amazon. Only suggestion to the company. I ordered it from Las Vegas the company is based in LA they shipped it Fed Ex which went to AZ when it got to AZ it was transferred to the USPS for delivery. Seems to be your shipping would have been cheaper if you would had just mailed it USPS from LA to Las Vegas other then that Very happy.

Easy to order online, items arrived promptly (sooner than promised!) and were exactly as expected. Best pricing on Frigidaire water filters I’ve seen in 3 years of ordering them.
