It was my first time ordering items from Redstag. The experience was great - easy process and the shipping fee was reasonable. My Frigidaire ULTRAWF Puresource Ultra Refrigerator Water Filter arrived within only a few days.

Great price for the filters. Will buy from them again. Took a star off because shipping takes a bit. Maybe I’m just used to Amazon Prime lol.

I received my order quickly. Communication was excellent. I do have a concern because our mailman THREW the package onto the front porch. The filters do not appear to be damaged but we will not know until we actually use them. No fault of Redstag. Postman’s actions were recorded on the Ring doorbell.
