The website wasn't user friendly. I couldn't add the water filter I needed until I found another item that was a 2 pack of the same filter. I tried to order this and it wouldn't accept my address. Sent a message about this problem. Then started over and tried to reorder after i received a message about items waiting in my cart. This time the payment went through. i hope I won't be charged multiple times.
