Great to work with- I wanted a travel trailer wiring harness for my Mercedes sprinter van and the representative I worked with found exactly what I wanted. Fantastic! I ordered the tongue jack on a Saturday and had it delivered by the following Wednesday.
Super easy to install. It took about a half hour. The only issue I had was that my trailer tongue has a top plate and a bottom plate. The hole in the bottom plate was too small to fit the jack tube through. I had to ream it out with a grinder. I used the included bolts as mine were rusty. The order contained the jack, manual crank, 3 grade 5 bolts with nylon lock nuts. The jack has both the hot lead AND the ground wire available.
Both battery wires was a major reason I purchased this model. I read too many bad reviews of folks having grounding issues. Not me!
Also, jack fit great in front of my double propane bottle cover. There is about a 1.5" gap.
I ran the jack up and down a few times after installation. It is reasonably fast, reasonably quite, very compact, has an adjustable foot, two wire connection. This jack is perfect! Reese-Hitches are fantastic at selling and shipping product.
