Love the hitch and the look. The only issue was some spots that were not polished. This is a polished aluminum hitch that looks almost chrome but a few edges that really take away from the look

Hitch is awesome. Make sure to go ahead and buy the keyed alike pins (1 holds hitch to receiver the other locks the height adjustment). Seems like a good investment for a nice hitch like this.

Cant adjust above reciever on adjustable pintle when tech support said you can.
Nice racket tech support lie's you can deny then ever saying that pintle can be placed up to 12 inches above truck reciever.

Everything was perfect until I received an email stating I would receive my hitch on Thursday, an email Thursday that said it would be delivered Friday. Friday came and went with no hitch, no email, and no tracking. Hitched finally showed up Monday.
