First ordered a bundle and they sent the wrong one, then later on I ordered a magazine and after they said it was shipped took a week to say it wasn't in stock and took 7 days to send a refund. Was dissapointed twice!

I ordered 2 magazines, which never arrived. Understandably I do not hold rock sound accountable, and I had spoke to customer service, who had done a good job however when it came to resending my order one of the magazines was out of stock and was refunded, however I would’ve liked an opportunity to receive another magazine instead or see my options, and frankly left disappointed and waiting a month for one magazine.
