Your website is ass and never loads properly for me and takes a million years to use. But the storefront is functional and clear so it was good enough for me to make my purchase. However, I do want to say that I've wabted to buy stuff from Rocksound previously and the problems with the website deterred me then. I only wanted the thing I just bought badly enough to get me through that.

Great content and it was delivered on time. The only thing that would make my experience even better would be lower shipping fees. I love reading the Rocksound but since I live in Germany, I can't purchase too many issues because of the shipping cost. Apart from that, I'm perfectly happy! :)

While I was very happy with my Rocksound purchase, I was not happy with delivery. The service that was used was horrendously slow with tracking updates. My order was delivered a week ago, yet yesterday I got email updates that it's been delivered. It was also very inconvenient. My package was delayed because I was never informed that the package required a signature. As such the package was not delivered and I had to pick it up at the post office instead. If I would've known that I would've sent it to work so I could get it sooner. It was very annoying to deal with this especially because nowhere on Rocksound's shipping page or the carrier's page did it mention this. This is something that Rocksound should consider mentioning for international orders in the future to take some headache out of the ordering process. It sucks having to wait weeks for delivery from the UK to the states and it sucks, even more, when you have to wait longer because you had no idea a signature was required and it caused a delivery delay.

The products wehre deliverd fairly quickly and are defentivly priced reasonably.
My problem was that two of the magazines arrived with damaged covers and someone wrote, with a bal point pen, the issue numbers on them.
