Normande Cowhide Rug
Oh my gosh, where to begin.
First, let me say we love the rug! The first rug was delivered in time, in fact ahead of promised delivery date. It was darker than we wanted so I contacted the company and got an immediate response. The young lady was quick to respond, offered a way to return/exchange the rug. As it happens we live close to the company, she suggested we come by and select a rug more closely to our needs. She was extremely helpful and we found the perfect rug!!
I am so happy with the rug and the experience was great.
Thank you!
