Excellent service ...I do have to exchange the rug but that's only because we chose the wrong color. Great company, great service, we will be ordering a replacement asap.

I'm absolutely in LOVE with my cowhide! It came very quickly. It is very soft with no chemical smell. I will surly be ordering another or maybe some goat hides. I have been showing everyone in my family and they want to order too!

The customer service is top-notch. I saw a cow hide I liked on Amazon but I wanted a larger one so I called Rodeo directly and they emailed me photos of larger cow hides to choose from. I selected one I liked and they sent me an invoice to pay directly via their company website, not through Amazon. Free shipping and the rug arrived super fast. The only downside is that it was $100 more than the rug on Amazon, but I think this may have been b/c the hide I selected was about 1'x1' larger than the one on Amazon.
The cow hide looks great and I'm very happy with both product and service. I'd definitely would order from them again.

The hide arrived and was more stunning than I could have imagined. I've been wanting one for years and when I finally had a chance to get one at such a great price, I was a little nervous it might not be what I wanted. I am honestly blown away at the beautiful color and soft yet durable quality.

I ordered my first rug back in November and absolutely loved it! I just ordered my second one a couple of weeks ago. I had to exchange because of the color I chose didn't work well. Exchange was easy! Both of my rugs are excellent condition and look exactly as I had expected.

I love the rug! It was cheaper than I thought and I love that shipping is included in the cost. I was shocked when it arrived in such a small package, but it looks great in my living room.

I saw your website in a magazine and thought one of your rugs might be just the thing to finish off a room I was redecorating. I perused your site, and found it to be well set up and user friendly. I picked out one of your unique rugs. It came in 3 or 4 days, and looked exactly like the picture of it on-line.It is soft, uniquely beautiful, and great quality. Thanks for a mooâvalous experience and product.
