I have to admit I was afraid to take this gummy at first, my husband tried it first as he has trouble sleeping. He has been sleeping great since. I gave him a half a gummy at first and then he asked for the other half and he was out cold! A week later I finally tried it and I slept so great. I do well with half of a gummy, I cut it corner to corner to hopefully be equal doses. I have not needed my prescription Ativan, that I have been using for years for sleep, and I am glad! This type of a med can be addictive and also can be an issue when needing reorders by doctors by some doctors. I am glad I found Royal CBD as I trust this product.
