I bought the 500 mg for my old 125 pound dog that has severe arthritis, and does not get up much, it’s a process to get him to go out to the bathroom. Since we started the oil, I give him one ml in the morning one at night....he gets up and moves around a lot more. When we call the dogs to go out he gets right up, and is playing more with the other dogs. He still walks funny but is moving a lot better and more willingly. At night he is sleeping better and doesn’t have to adjust his position throughout the night...he stays in one position most nights and actually now will get me up in the morning.
I’ve been taking the 1000 mg. 1 dropper in the am one at night. I am sleeping more soundly, and has helped a bit with my arthritis.
