I am very happy with Royal CBD 1000mg/33mg per serving. I have tried other brands of CBD, Royal is the best Ove tried. I take 1/2 a dropper (16mg) every morning with breakfast and coffee. Occassionally I take a 2nd 1/2 dropper on the afternoon depending on the day I've had. I've noticed I feel better, more relaxed and happier in the couple weeks since starting on Royal CBD.
