This oil is wonderful -- I only tasted a little before sleep last night, and even before I went to sleep, I felt the same way I felt back when I took anti-anxiety medicine for the first time (a clear head and mind). Something that had been bothering me mentally just didn't matter as much anymore. I got off those meds a while back because they can be addictive, but I feel safer taking this (this is just my opinion based on my experience!). This would be a 5 star review except that the gummies are actually SOUR... which I enjoy, but I bought them for my kids to try and they can’t stand the sour and won’t take them.... so I am stuck with sour gummies. I just wish it said somewhere on the package?! Otherwise a great product and my husband loves them and are helping his anxieties so a win after all. But won’t be ordering more unfortunately
