Well, let me tell you that I think I might be in love with this stuff! I bought it originally to try to see if it helps with my eczema as I have read a few things lately that it may. What I have found is that ever since I started taking this, one dropper per day, after a round of golf I am not a creeky old lady like I used to be! Used to come home from golf, sit down for awhile and when I would go to get up I would ache and walk like an old lady til it worked itself out. But now I pretty much just pop up and feel great!! Can't report back on the eczema yet, but hoping it gets in the system and helps out a bit!
