It’s been over a week of me taking 1 drop nightly, after about 3 months of suffering from insomnia and horrible sleep I’m finally sleeping through the night. I’m still a little restless but it’s improving significantly and I imagine it with continue to improve. I have tried everything prior to purchasing this product, yoga, sleep mediation, reading before bed, etc. and adding the CBD oil has made a huge difference.
