Patti was great. The customer service rep I first worked with via chat was not knowledgeable which made ordering frustrating, and I wasn't aware that you printed a clear sticker and stuck it to the condom wrapper - some of which were not stuck properly aligned on the condoms. I was under the impression that they were printed directly on the condom wrapper. Overall not bad, but could have been a better experience.

Hey there! Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry that you weren't happy with the product or service that you received. I took a moment to review your order and your LiveChat session. We suggested either a Label or Foil would be a good product for you to order. There may have been some confusion with the file size to upload, but that was clarified when you spoke with Patti. Also, Edward did reach out immediately after your chat ended and provided you with a $25 coupon for the frustration you experienced. As for not knowing if you were ordering a label or a foil, on the design tool it clearly says beneath the condom that a "clear label will be printed and applied to the foil package." You were also reminded that you were ordering a label at checkout and in the order confirmation email that you received. As for labels that might not have been properly aligned, if you could send some photos to Patti or support@sayitwithacondom.com that would be very helpful. Thanks so much!

I made and order of 100 condoms of the most basic package which had my bands logo on them for the purpose of distributing at a festival. When the order shipment confirmation never came I called and spoke to a representative. They said my order was lost and had to be placed again. I was worried it would not arrive in time, but it actually came the day it was originally supposed to.
