The condoms are amazing, but the customer service has not been great. I ordered condoms for my workplace on April 16, they were delivered on April 22, and today (May 9) they have still not arrived. I called 3 times and was told each time that someone would call back to follow up. No one called back. I emailed twice and finally got a response.
