Some of the socks are a tight fit getting around the heel and don't stay up as well as I would like. Overall quality is good in terms of wear. This was a gift, so I'm not sure of the price point for these and that would be a determining factor on whether I would purchase for a friend or colleague. Overall nice product.

I made a purchase as a gift. I then received a bunch of update emails, marketing emails, and emails asking about my style preference options. This made no sense to me as I was not the recipient of the socks. Then, the socks & gift message arrived BEFORE the gift email was sent, which I was not expecting. Overall, it was a good experience but I think you need to fine-tune your system so that if an order is a gift, you don’t send ANY emails until after the gift email is sent and when you do, you send them to the gift recipient.
