Shipping was an actual crap show. First round, the order never even left Portland but said it was delivered...to Portland. Second round it took 6 days to ship, and I kept reaching out and it took as many days to ever hear a response. Frustrating. Havent even received the product yet, but am already questioning if I want to order again.
