Saved nearly $150 on a pair of men’s Rancoirt loafers. They were new but you could tell they had been tried on as the soles were dirty. But for the savings. Totally worth it. Shoes were delivered quickly also!

A very rocky start. I ordered a pair of golf shoes directly from Shoezen. The order was shipped from an Amazon fulfillment center. The shoes were in their box, but then put in a bag to ship. The package arrived extremely beat up, box blown out completely on one side. Inside tissue paper and pamphlet in poor condition also. The bag they were packed in was filthy. These complaints are all shipping related of course. In some way the shoes themselves escaped being scraped or damaged at all.
I contacted Shoezen and was in touch with a very lovely lady named Jessica. Jessica offered to send a new, plain cardboard shoe box so I could transfer the shoes and present decently for a Christmas gift. I am awaiting that box to arrive. Jessica was extremely pleasant and sympathetic to my situation. She went above and beyond the normal in way of customer service. I would believe that if the shoes shipped directly from them it would have been a whole different experience.
Now here's hoping the shoes fit properly, but if not, Shoezen offers free returns!
