Custom Vinyl Lettering
customer service was great. shipping it went to someone else house they were nice enough to bring it to me 2 days later. the vinyl decal was beautiful but it seem to not be removable. it took us a while to get it up with 4 people trying to pull it up. after finally getting it up it wasn't reusable and it took up a couple of tiles in which I had to replace.

Open Hour Decal
Using the wet application method that is suggested from this company caused me some headaches. Even after more than 4 hours of letting the decal sit, I still fought to keep each letter attached to the surface. The adhesive on the transfer paper was to strong and created most of my problems. That being said, the company adjusted my order to assist me without charging me an extra fee. The decal was nicely done and packaged well to prevent bending and creases. Overall, I'm happy with the product...I may have to change my application technique.

Rear Glass Decal
The quality is excellent the font matched the description as well. However I asked for two names from them and for both of them to be size 36" for some reason they decided to make one 34" and the other 36" and since I put both names on the wall you can tell they are different sizes. I am very picky and I don't like that it is noticeable I had a hard time trying to align them since they are different sizes.

I love these stickers! I ordered them for my business, and I'd absolutely do it again! They sent proofs, answered questions, and shipped very very quickly! The edges are cut nice and cleanly, and the border is uniform all around. My onenote is that they did come out a bit blurrier than I'd originally thought, but I truthfully believe that is an error on my part, because the original illustration is super tiny and there was only so much they could upscale it. I would definitely recommend these folks in the future, and I'd love it if they started offering different sticker finishes as well, such as holographic! Very satisfied with the product all around. :))

Brilliant communication, fast turnaround and shipping. Stickers were perfect, thick and amazing quality. I wish they offered half sizes I need for my other tags. Will definitely be ordering again !!

This company gives you the perception that they are a small company based in NY when in fact The decal I received came overseas from China and did not arrive on time. I'm very disappointed because I went on stickertitans to support a small business, you are not dealing with woman named James either. I finally received The decal and the decals look great otherwise I would have given them one star. :(
