Custom Stickers
This business sent stickers with a black and white border, after I proofed it and requested no border. They do not communicate via phone, it's by email, so there is no record of what was communicated back and forth online. Once you respond to proof and they send you the product you no longer have access to what was said during the proof phase. Make sure you take screenshots of everything for your records if you decide to purchase from this business. Owner was not receptive to my complaint, not willing to correct the mistake. The stickers themselves are superb stickers, but worthless if it's not what you ordered.

The shade of the stickers are much darker than orders I've received from other sellers. I tried contacting the seller with the 'Help with Order' color sticker, but the 'Add a Photo' color sticker does not work therefore I couldn't submit it.

It's a little bit hard to figure the size of the letters, but I managed. Since I used different fonts and sizes it wouldn't matter. It would be more convenient if we had a ratio of width and height. I love the end result. Easy to install and excellent adhesion!!

Custom Magnets
They are awesome magnets. I did have issues with the shipping aspect, were the tracking kept saying it was delivered but wasn't. When I contacted the shop, they were willing to send out replacements, but I gave it a week to give the shipper time and they finally arrived. So glad to have received them! Thank you!
