Best customer service every. I was nervous about ordering. I wasn't sure if it would come in time for my event. Once I order I got a response asking for details on how I would like my banner. I sent ideas and details such as colors and etc. it only took I edit and it was perfect all in one day. I ordered on a Monday evening Tuesday morning I got my proof order was shipped Tuesday and I received on Thursday. I love it so much as well as everyone else. Thanks for the great fast and speedy customer service.

Rear Glass Decal
Very happy with the final decal. Had no problems putting it on. The only thing I would do different is get help with putting the decal on. Due to the size another set of hands would’ve made it easier and I probably would’ve had a few less bubbles to contend with. Now we’ll see how it does in the Arizona sun

Their website is a very good source of information and helps prepare your printwork perfectly. Won't have printwork done anywhere else anymore.

Custom Vinyl Lettering
I bought several stickers and all of them were good quality. But, with the same instruction and steps that I followed, one of the stickers was much harder to apply than others, I had to scrape several letters individually. Overall I am still satisfied with them.

Retractable Banner & Stand
This didn't come with instructions so that was a huge hassle trying to figure it out initially. I did email the company and they sent me a video on how to do it. It would have been nice to have something included in the box thought!
If your banner is printed on to thick of a vinyl it will not fit in this stand. We had a hard time with ours and had to cut the ends off it as they were folded over and stitched, making it to thick. Once we cut those off, it did fit perfectly.
It's kind of cheaply made, the stand, but for the price you really can't be to picky!

Yes he is the real deal. Very patient and understanding. Will help you get the correct measurements. I used Canva for accuracy as well. I love it. It also came in 3 days. I will post a picture of it at the event. Definitely recommend.
