Easy to navigate, BUT extremely frustrated about the sizing! i cannot tell if something is Width or Length. Your custom image maker needs a little tweaking. please specify on the "preview" page how it will look on a door or ECT.

Started by submitting a file for a "proof" on the website and it turned out my image was really poor quality. They responded quickly and professionally regarding my options. I had the image redone and emailed the new images (in 3 file types) hoping one would work. Within an hour I got a response with a new 'proof' that was cleaner and would work. I emailed one last time with a few questions and after a very prompt response, I placed the order. If the product is as good as their service it will be truly amazing.
**Update: product received was excellent. The instructions were super easy to follow and installation was a breeze and I had a lot of tricky cut outs on a 26x16 sheet. They even included the "squeegee" to assist in application. I will definitely use StickerTitans again for my sticker needs.
