First of all your website is terrible! It logged me out so many times while trying to complete my design. I could not find a way to save a design so I could finish it at another time. I would suggest a redesign of the site. It is not user friendly at all. I am a very savvy computer user, who has worked in the computer field for many years and I had so much trouble using your site. I uploaded photos/clipart many times only to have it disappear. Make the site more user friendly!

I loved how easy it was to do a window decal. It would be nice to have more colors to choose from and possible mirrored letters. The pricing is great.

Only issue I had was adding to the order, and not having a shopping cart button. Other than that It was fair all around. The transfer wasn't as smooth as I hoped, but it was easy to correct. The price was fair. Would buy again.

My order was perfect. I received it quickly. My client was impressed. I think the actual design app part could be improved, I found it a little difficult to use. But, I did it and my sign turned out fantastic. I give this company top marks.

At first, I was confused on how I needed to approve the decal sticker I ordered. They sent me a proof image before it was actually put in production and, thanks to ST's dedicated customer service, I was able to order the perfect custom car sticker for my business. They were timely and very considerate to the changes I needed them to make and designed the sticker very well - much better than I could ever do by myself!
