Did not receive in time. Contacted to cancel order as I saw it has not shipped yet when I checked my order on the website and than got an email with shipping info and a reply claiming it shipped nearly a week prior and than went back to my order and it had been marked shipped and I was told no refund. My order clearly did not ship on that date. Now I'm out the money and did not have it in time for my wedding.
Giving 2 stars as the item was as described and they did a excellent job replicating what I wanted. Quality of their work is excellent but not impressed with shipping timeliness or customer service.

I appear to have paid for a sticker that I was offered a proof on before I paid (and finalized order).......The company information that I entered with hours of operation evidently was erased and the sticker/sign is WRONG. Not delighted here in Tennessee
