Arrived fairly quickly. The sticky part wasn't very sticky. Area of placement was cleaned with alcohol and dried prior to sticking. Took me at least 10 minutes just to make sure the letters stuck. Cute once I got it to stay.

Tried to communicate with shop for a proof before it was printed and shipped however, they never responded or sent proof. When you're requesting a custom order how else are you supposed to see that it looks the way you're expecting and paying for???? Would have been nice for better customer service.

I likes that everything was already a template and I just had to fill in our information. It made the process very easy to use.

The quality of the materials used to create the stickers seems to be high. However, the color rendering of my design was not excellent, nor was the customer service. After receiving my first order I notified the seller that the color had come out dark; the seller suggested that it might be a format issue (a potential problem which was not mentioned in the item listing). So I went back to my graphic designer, who converted to the format suggested by the seller and I submitted the image again. I received the second batch yesterday and they look exactly the same with exactly the same issue. Throughout the troubleshooting the seller was curt and indifferent, which is not reflective of the service promised in the listing.

EXCELLENT customer service! Unfortunately my order had gotten lost in transit, however, they shipped another one out right away and it arrived within days. Quality of product was excellent. Worth the wait! <3
