Packed poorly.
By the time they got to me the crease would not lay down.
Complete waste of time and money.

The customer service and communication - or lack thereof - was disappointing. There was apparently a supply delay, which I can understand is frustrating.
However, my stickers arrived with a very noticeable grainy effect, which was not due to my art or proof, and therefore unusable. I sent them a message asking for assistance and waited literally days with no response. I received no apology for the misprint, no reassurance that they were working on a replacement order while they looked into the issue - nothing. Only "we're looking into it" with no updates. Finally I requested a refund because at this point, it was just beyond ridiculous.
2 stars only because I did get a refund. StickerTitans was recommended to me by a excellent friend, who has had no problems with their orders, but I will not be returning.
