I like the process once I understood the connection between the proof and the logo that shows up when you place the order. That is very confusing. After receiving my order I was thrilled. I carefully install on my business front door and it looks impeccable. I plan on ordering to more for other businesses. I would highly recommend StickerTitans.com for their exceptional, reasonably priced products.

The stickers are nice. However, StickerTitans has poor customer service. I received only 3 initially, I ordered 6. I called StickerTitans multiple times, left (2) messages and was told someone from management would call me back and they didn't. I received an email stating my remaining stickers would be shipped that Friday, no apology for the inconvenience. That following Monday I hadn't received a tracking number, I messaged and said is somebody going to provide a tracking number and they sent it after I requested it. I had an event scheduled for Saturday and I placed this order in advance to prevent these issues, needless to say I didn't receive them in time. I never received an apology, I never received a returned phone call, and I was sent poor quality stickers that I can't even use.

Messaged immediately the day after vinyl was peeling off and sent pictures of my issue along with it. No reply. Messages the couple days later with more issues. Still no reply.

Super cute, easy to use. Love the editable feature, it takes out a lot of back and forth. Would buy from StickerTitans again.
