I had a really hard time getting the vinyl to come off of the backing. Because of the font I chose someone the words ended up not looking right because of the issues I was having.

The item shipped fast which was stated in the shop policies. However, James did not clearly state anywhere that they measured the width from left to right, which any person would know is the length, not the width. I messaged Stickertitans about the issue once I received the package and the sign was way too small for what I needed it for, she said she would take away what I already paid for the first from the replacement and it was $30 more to get the correct size. The owner responded fast to the messages but I was not about to spend more money for a mistake that was not clearly stated anywhere in the shop policies.

Excellent! And there was a glitch in the item. The customer service person not only made excellent on it, he sent the new one by UPS so that I would receive it expeditiously! Impressive service!
