Still have not received my product it was supposed to be here five days ago

Hi there, I do apologize for the inconvenience, but if you click on the tracking number we sent you, you can see that the item is still on its way. Also, you chose the economy shipping and normal turnaround time. There is still 5 more days until the latest delivery date.
EDIT: Tracking shows that it was delivered yesterday, which means it was four days before the delivery time that you had chosen. Thank you and I hope you are satisfied with our products.

The adhesive tape on the transfer was added incorrectly make it impossible to line up decal on the window

Hi there, I do apologize that you had troubles installing the item. However, the transfer tape is clear. We use the more expensive CLEAR tapes, instead of what all of our other competitors use (white paper transfer tape) so that you can see exactly where to align the letters.

Decal is fine, NO issues there. My only complaint/suggestion would be to provide a video on how to install them, I can read, I followed directions to the T but mine was big.lots of small letters and it did not apply well. I struggled. Maybe a video on the larger decals for us to see would help. Mine were not rolled persay, it appeared to have been folded like 4 times then rolled so lettering was coming loose upon opening it. Just sending my .02
