I could not find how to edit my order. This would be helpful as I needed to make a change and had to delete my order so that I could make the change and re-enter the entire order.

We have used the display twice and already it is broken. The poles will no longer "lock in place". Not very useful if it doesn't stay together correctly.

Your website was easy to find. The design maker was easy to use. I wish there were more effects and fonts, but I’m happy with what I designed

I appear to have paid for a sticker that I was offered a proof on before I paid (and finalized order).......The company information that I entered with hours of operation evidently was erased and the sticker/sign is WRONG. Not happy here in Tennessee

Your salesman, James, was condescending and then AWOL, ignoring all follow up messages. You will never see another order from me, and I will leave similar reviews in every public forum that seems to push your service.

Terrible customer service. Use a different service.
I contacted customer service with a question. They responded with an unsatisfactory answer, so I replied hoping to open a dialog and have my issue resolved. I was ignored. I contacted them again several days later through their website contact form to let them know what had happened. The next morning, I placed an order for an item that I can't get anywhere else, despite being ignored. Then I checked my email to see that I had received a response from my second inquiry, but not a response to any of my original questions. By the time that I had finished replying to that email, they had cancelled my order, threatened to sue me, and told me never to shop with them again.
Wish Granted.
Oh, and then they started threatening me so that I wouldn't post negative reviews of them (see picture). Classy
