Very easy to follow. I do noticed that in some UCL and LCL shortcut formulas it was not explained that a letter in the formula was actually a constant, so I did not understand that at first because the number was just given in the formula and so I was wondering where it came from. Otherwise really great.

I really enjoyed the way the learning material is presented. The terms, definitions, concepts, and overall understanding of Six Sigma is explained very well. There is no fluff, or extra details that may make a topic seem as though it is dragging. I liked how the learning material transitions into the next study material as it helps to understand how each topic and terminology is correlated to one another. Everything that is important and that builds around the entire concept of Lean Six Sigma, and how Lean Six Sigma applies to everyday actions is clearly explained in this Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Program. The examples provided that portray how the function of each diagram and chart can be used is excellent and well-explained. Also, the statistics and calculations are explained very well. There is a small amount of grammatical errors, but that doesn't bother me. Sometimes when I click on an icon, the course program does not respond. I think it's because it takes a moment or so to boot up the next learning material. Overall, this is an excellent Lean Six Sigma Certification Program.
