I found this course to be very informative and helpful. I took some business classes years ago, and recall reading about Lean Six Sigma at the time. But this was an in-depth review and gave me the chance to exercise my understanding of the concepts in a more focused and intentional way.

This course broke down complex concepts to make them easy to understand. I was able to imagine current business processes that I have been given in my current role, identify many inefficiencies and quality issues. But, now I have a framework for solving them, which is exciting.
