£28 for delivery of £120 order and it arrived a week later than estimated. No response from emails, phone calls or the web contact form. Stuff ultimately arrived as ordered and in good condition. The delivery driver was helpful (Tufnells I believe). I will probably use again but don't make any plans around the delivery times. Delivery charges are a bit expensive but I guess that's par for the course nowadays.

We purchased the window boards because of the competitive price but sadly when they arrived they're in a poor state, we paid for them to be primed but they are covered in scratches, marks and chips so we'll have to sand, fill and paint. Not the end of the world but not great quality on arrival.
