I am very happy with the quality of the skirting boards and door frame. They are as described on the website, thank you.
The only issue I had is with the delivery. The driver phoned me when at my house and I left work immediately and advised him I would be 5mins. When I got home he had already offloaded the items and left them on my drive which was very snowy and wet. I actually passed him as I approached the house but didn't realise this at the time. While I did not expect him to take the items into the room they were for, I did expect him to deliver them in to my house rather than leaving them outside especially given the current weather conditions we are experiencing.
I am now ready to order for the next room and I am more than happy to order from yourselves again if you can guarantee delivery into my house rather than outside. I am happy for the items to be left in the hallway so the driver doesn't have to access my property.
