Hi I feel I had a good experience placing my order with your salesperson who was very polite and helpful. Small but, I called because I could not find a way online to add my delivery preference which was for the following Monday rather than the Friday of the same week I placed my order. The sales person changed it for me and unfortunately the preference didnt go thru as the Courier company called me on the Friday afternoon to say they couldnt get an answer from the address. I told the driver I was away and was expecting a delivery on the Monday. The driver was so courteous and said it wasnt a problem. Delivery successful and goods all undamaged / as I ordered

This delivery was due on Thu 14 Mar - email stating despatched received - no delivery. I emailed you to advise and was assured it would be followed up and delivered the best day.

Fri 15 Mar - email stating despatched received - no delivery


Mon 18 Mar - email stating despatched received - no delivery. I emailed you again and was again assured it would be delivered next day.

Tue 19 Mar - I called DX and was told it was on the lorry for delivery after lunch today. I called skirting world who also called DX. Both companies assured me it would be delivered today. NOT DELIVERED.

I am disgusted with the customer service from both companies. Not only have I paid for but not received my goods but I have also been lied to repeatedly. I have had to call and email repeatedly. I asked for compensation for 4 missed deliveries and have been refunded £9.45!!!!

I am a nurse in my local hospital and I can’t afford to take another day off to wait for a non existent delivery. I have also incurred costs from my builder who has had to delay my job as he is waiting for the sills. Do you really pride yourselves on this service??

Have purchased from these guys several times, product always spot and delivery lead time has always been accurate. Pity all vendors weren’t this good.
