4 weeks later, £300 down and still no sign of my skirting. Unbelievably bad service. The company have blamed dx couriers yet have done nothing to ressolve. £70 of my order was for shipping and I’m yet to see my skirting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ease of using the website, placing the order, and the price were all great, but... The delivery was absolutely shocking, one of the worst I have ever experienced. 3 days ofd my work unpaid to wait on the delivery as they failed to deliver it each and every time on the day they said it would be delivered. Delivery company's customer service is shocking no correspondence at all. Absolutely disgraceful and goodness knows why they continue to use the same delivery company after reading through so many other bad reviews. Your delivery company is letting you down and should be binned immediately. They actually had the cheek to grumble at my girlfriend on the day it finally got delivered because the package was too heavy! It was an order for a whole house worth of skirting what did they expect!! Unbelievable and will never use again
