Absolutely fabulous company to deal with. It was just a shame the delivery company DX didn’t share the same enthusiasm as they managed to delay the overnight delivery by two weeks, and in the meantime loose one of the packages! However, this was quickly resolved by Skirting World. Will definitely be ordering from them in the near future and recommending them to my builder.

Very Poor customer service. Window board came damaged. Due to not checking the boards as it was laid in the hallway, the bottom side had damage, probably hit either some part of the delivery truck or something metal. It gouged out the mdf. I was told due to being over a week old they wont do anything. I only got to see it as i needed to move it to the work site. When i lifted the board on the bottom. Havent even taken the plastic off still wrapped as it came.

Easy to use and order came the day it was supposed to. Only reason it wasn’t a 5 was that there was slight damage to one of the skirtings. This may have been the delivery company’s fault, but was able to cut off as waste as I’d ordered more than necessary.
