Ordered window and skirting board with delivery scheduled for a Thursday. The window board arrived but the skirting board was missing. Delivery person said it would probably be delivered later on another truck. Nothing more arrived either Thursday or Friday. Emailed courier and called Skirting World first thing Monday morning asking when the delivery was likely. Skirting World said they would investigate and call back. Courier service responded with an email saying they too would investigate. Did not receive a call back from Skirting World either Monday or Tuesday. Called Skirting World again on Wednesday. This time they did call back saying the skirting board had been 'lost' and because I had been waiting so long they would repeat the order and deliver on Friday. The order arrived, as planned, on Friday.
The rating given would have been 5 stars if the order had been completed the first time and 4 stars if I had not had to call back second time. Although it was the courier who mislaid the package, Skirting World are responsible for choosing the delivery service.

There was only one slight issue with the skirting and architrave, the primer had missed some of the profile in the groove. So it wasn't fully painted. Apart from that it was all very good.
