Placed an order for several samples before hoping to place a large order. Website said five day delivery. After two weeks still not delivery so chased and was told would be posted that day. A week later the sample turned up. Yes, one sample turned up, not the five I had ordered and paid for. Emailed company straight away as I was so disappointed- were the other samples on the way? If not, I’d like a refund. Refund received five days later. All this time my flooring/home renovation project is on hold with exposed walls and flooring awaiting the perfect skirting finish. Sadly will not be placing the very large order with them. Have since found another company and have samples delivered in the time it took for these guys to refund me. Avoid!

Shipping and delivery were/are a disaster. Product has yet to arrive despite the indicated delivery dates which has cost expensive joinery delays in the build.

The board arrived with a dink. Given how long I needed for the sill I could just manage to cut it off and use the rest. The board also had footprints all the way down. I assume it was the delivery process that did the damage, but nearly had to return.
