I do not do reviews, but having purchased a Ring Video Doorbell last June and having being continually and repeatedly let down by the business that I had agreed with to install the device - despite countless calls and text messages -I contacted Nigel last week by telephone and he assisted me with his website to book an appointment. Having done so, he presented at the appointed time and installed the device. He was friendly, courteous and very professional. Most noticeable was his interest in knowing that I was happy with the work done - and I was. I could not recommend him high enough.

I ordered an installation of a Ring Pro for my parents who are a bit older. Nigel tested the broadband levels first which were inadequate and returned after my parents switched provider. Nigel was incredibly thorough and generous with his time in getting the Ring Pro up and running and showing my parents how to use it and the various features. My parents and I are delighted with the product and the quality of he installation. I would highly recommend Smart-Space.

Ring worked well if not slowly for about three weeks, but now I am experiencing exactly the same problem as I experienced three weeks ago, in that message on phone is stating that front door is no longer connected to the internet. I cannot understand why this is happening again and I need to get to the bottom of the problem. I shall forward photographs from ring next.
