The only thing more exciting than receiving it was opening it to find how nicely it had been wrapped in plastic to protect from the elements, in tissue to care for the material, and with a bow for a finishing touch. If you're having your item sent directly to a giftee you may want to request the receipt be left out. The scarf: Craftsmanship is excellent with even, consistent, stitch work. Soft, warm, and visually pleasing, the Alpaca yarn depicts the characteristics expected of quality materials. Although I haven't checked with a tape, the scarf appears to match the measurements stated in the listing. If you're concerned about the width consider requesting a quote for a custom-made item.
